For leadership and administrators. The Analytics and Feedback pages require Analytics access. If you don't see them in your sidebar, your account doesn't have it — ask your administrator if you need it.

Analytics shows you how the assistants are being used and how well they're performing. The Feedback page lets you read what staff have flagged.

Analytics

Click Analytics in the sidebar. It has two tabs.

Email

Usage and performance of the email assistant over a date range you choose: headline metric cards (each with the change versus the previous period), a breakdown of the most common themes, and trend charts over time.

Chat

Same idea for the chat assistant: headline metric cards, a list of your most active users, and trend charts for messages and active users over time.

Feedback

Click Feedback in the sidebar to read everything staff have submitted on individual AI responses.

Each row shows:

  • Channel — whether the feedback was on a chat answer or an email draft

  • The AI response it was given on

  • TagsPerfect, Incorrect facts, or Missing info

  • Comment — the staff member's note

  • Who submitted it, and when

Click an email-feedback row to expand the full email thread it relates to, so you can see the exchange in context.

Making feedback useful

Early on, encourage your team to use the Perfect button as well as Feedback — knowing where the AI already does well gives us a baseline to measure against, and the flagged problems tell us what to fix first. See Giving feedback for how staff submit it.
